Steven Bragg, CPA
Steven Bragg, CPA, is the author of more than 70 business books. He has been the CFO or controller of both public and private companies, and has been a consulting manager with Ernst & Young and an auditor with Deloitte & Touche. He holds an MBA from Babson College, a Master of Finance degree from Bentley College, and a BA from the University of Maine. Steven has been the two-time President of the Colorado Mountain Club, and is an avid alpine skier, mountain biker, and certified master diver. He currently resides in Centennial, Colorado.
Kelen F. Camehl, CPA, MBA
Kelen is a CPA with 15 years of progressive finance and accounting experience. Currently, he serves as a Senior Manager of Technical Accounting with HP, Inc. Prior to this role, he served in multiple accounting roles in the oil & gas industry with ConocoPhillips including technical accounting policy, SOX compliance, and global internal audit. He also gained public accounting experience with PricewaterhouseCoopers, working with various clients in the energy, electric, power, gas, and utility sectors in Houston, TX. Kelen has remained actively involved in CPA exam content development for the past eight years and has authored over a thousand multiple choice questions for various sections of the exam. He also serves as an Editorial Advisor for the AICPA’s “Journal of Accountancy” as well as both an author and technical reviewer for Continuing Professional Education (CPE) courses published by the AICPA. and other cpe provider firms. Kelen received his BBA in Accounting from Texas A&M University – Corpus Christi, TX and an MBA from the University of Texas – San Antonio. He is a CPA licensed in the state of Texas.
Chris is a professor at Central Arizona College. He has taught accounting for more than 10 years. Chris has authored several accounting-related online courses, published accounting cases and presented at accounting conferences. In addition, he has written several questions for the Certified Public Accounting exam and the Certified Management Accounting exam. Chris also provides business start-up and business valuation consulting services. Chris’ formal education includes an MBA from Grand Canyon University as well as a Graduate Certificate in business valuation from Indiana University (Kelley School of Business) and a Graduate Certificate in forensic accounting from Northeastern University. Chris resides in the Phoenix metropolitan area with his wife and son. During his free time, he enjoys hiking in the Superstition Mountains.
Steven Fustolo CPA
Steven is a partner with the Boston CPA firm of James J. Fox & Company. He is a frequent lecturer and author of numerous tax and accounting issues affecting closely held businesses. An AICPA author, Mr. Fustolo’s articles are regularly featured in The Practical Accountant and other publications. He is the author of Practice Issues: Compilation and Review, Accounting and Auditing Reference Guide, Everything You Never Wanted to Know About GAAP, Enron: Fraud, Deception and the Aftermath, FASB Review for Industry, Current Developments: Accounting and Financial Reporting, Making Money with Special Engagements, Understanding the Variable Interest Entity Rules, and FASB, SSARS and SAS Update and Review and numerous other books and manuals that have been published by Practitioners Publishing Company (PPC) and Commerce Clearing House (CCH). He is the recipient of several Outstanding Discussion Leader awards from many professional organizations including the New York and Florida Societies of CPAs.
Joseph Helstrom CPA
Joe is a partner at CFO Resources, LLC, a company focused on training and courseware for CPAs and is also the owner of Mill Creek Publishing LLC, a provider of self-study courses for CPAs. Joe has over 30 years of experience as a CPA in both public accounting and industry with extensive experience in financial reporting and analysis, treasury, tax, information technology, legal and regulatory matters and strategic planning. After graduation from Butler University with a degree in Accounting, Joe got his start at Ernst & Young and, subsequent to that, has served as Chief Financial Officer, Director of Treasury and Tax, Controller and Manager of Financial Planning, Reporting and Analysis for several different companies. Joe, along with his wife Patricia McCarthy, have published articles in Missouri and Texas CPA Society publications titled “Incorporating Excel Arrays into Your Audit Plan”.
L. Keith Jordan CPA
Keith is a Certified Public Accountant with over 35 years of experience in accounting, supervision, and management. His experience in industry has included general, cost and budgeting accountant; accounts payable supervisor; property accountant; assistant controller; and controller. Mr. Jordan is also a Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor, a QuickBooks Affiliate, a member of the Intuit Inner Circle, and a contributor to the Intuit forums and other forums. For several years, he taught QuickBooks as a classroom instructor and offered consulting services to help clients with management, accounting, and QuickBooks issues while fulfilling full-time employment responsibilities. Mr. Jordan is primarily engaged in technical writing and editing; much of this work involves continuing professional education (CPE) courses for CPAs. As part of this effort, he has been steadily producing QuickBooks courses for CPE since 2000.
Patricia McCarthy, MBA
Patricia is a partner at CFO Resources LLC, a company focused on training and courseware for CPAs. Her focus is on Microsoft products and how to use these programs effectively in business. Patricia has been in software training for over 20 years and her client list includes the Indiana CPA Society who awarded her their Outstanding Discussion Leader award. She has been a contributor to the Journal of Accountancy and has published articles in several CPA Society magazines, including Indiana, Missouri, Texas and Arizona. She is also certified as a MOS expert in Excel. Patricia is a graduate of the College of the Holy Cross and also holds a M.B.A. from Babson College. She was a full-time MIS Lecturer in Butler University’s School of Business for six years and has taught at several of Indiana’s other universities. She also has extensive business background in audit and financial functions. Patricia runs a blog called “Chatting About Excel and More” which can be found at excel-diva.com . She has recently started a new blog originally entitled “Blog for CPAs” that covers topics of interest to CPAs including Excel.
David Ringstrom, CPA
David H. Ringstrom, CPA owns Accounting Advisors, Inc., a spreadsheet and database consulting firm that he started in 1991. In addition to teaching scores of webinars each year on Excel and other topics, David has written hundreds of freelance articles on spreadsheets. He has served as the technical editor for dozens of books on accounting software, and his first book will be published February 2016.
Danny Santucci, JD
Danny received his Juris Doctorate from Boalt Hall School of Law, University of California at Berkeley in 1972 at which time he began practicing as a tax attorney in Southern California. In 1980, Danny established the law firm of Santuci, Potter and Leanders in Irvine California. He went into sole practice in 1995 due to increasing lecture and writing committments. His practice focuses on business taxation and estate planning. He has been active in a number of California bar associations and has been a lecturer for a number of state CPA Societies. Danny is a prolific author of tax and financial books and articles

Dr. Jae Shim Ph.D, CPA
Dr. Jae K. Shim is Professor of Business at California State University, Long Beach. He is a co-author of over 50 professional business books. He was been published by Wiley, McGraw-Hill, Barron’s, CCH, Thompson-Southwestern, Penguin, Prentice-Hall, American Management Association (Amacom), and the AICPA. Dr. Shim received his MBA and Ph.D. degrees from the University of California at Berkeley (Haas School of Business). He has been a consultant to commercial and nonprofit organizations over 30 years. He writes for Delta Publishing and writes self study accounting and ethics cpe.
Deanna Sullivan is a Certified Public Accountant, Chartered Global Management Accountant, Certified Internal Auditor, Certified Fraud Examiner and holds a Certification in Risk Management Assurance. An internationally-recognized speaker, author and trainer, Deanna Sullivan has made it her mission to ensure education is effective as well as fun. Michael J. Walker is a New England-based Certified Public Accountant with over 14 years of accounting experience in the financial services, information technology services and construction industries. Paul J. Winn CLU ChFc is a financial writer, editor and trainer in the insurance industry. Past positions have included product developer, compensation officer, marketing VP, VP of strategic planning as well as being President of Maryland Financial Corporation. Mr. Winn has served on multiple Insurance Industry Boards including Baltimore Chapter of CLU and ChFC and Member/Secretary, Advisory Board to New York State Insurance Department. He is well known as a writer and editor of major mutual life insurance company’s agent-training ”university” and has created more than 100 training/continuing education courses. He is also a published book author.
