Refund Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, contact us before completing the exam and we will refund you the cost of the course. Any materials to be returned must be in new salable condition. Downloaded files do not need to be returned.

Streaming Video Seminars:
Cancellation, Transfer and Refund Policy Registration fees will be refunded in full for up to 30 days in advance of the seminar.
