Orders
Our enrollment form requires users to supply contact information (name, email and postal address), and financial information (credit card number) when purchasing a course. This information is used solely to:

• Process, ship and track your order
• Enroll you in a course
• Contact you regarding your order
• Notify you when courses you have purchased have been updated
• Prepare and distribute your grade information and your certificate
• Update you as to new courses and specials that we offer periodically

Communication
We do send periodic mailing concerning our products however you always have the option to unsubscribe at any time. The opt-out directions on newsletters are located at the bottom of message. Information We Share
We contract with other companies to provide certain services, including exam grading, credit card processing, shipping and mail distribution.  We provide these companies only with the minimum information needed to carry out their services. We work closely with them to ensure your privacy is protected. These companies are prohibited from using or sharing this information with anyone other than CFO Resources LLC.  CFO Resources LLC does not share, give, lease, rent or sell contact information to any other parties than specified above.

Cookies
A cookie is a small test file that is stored on a user’s computer or record-keeping purposes.  Cookies may be used to deliver exam content to enrolled students. Cookies are not used on this Website.

Surveys/Contests
Occasionally, we may provide you the opportunity to participate in contests or surveys.  If you participate, we may request certain personally identifiable information from you. Participation in these surveys or contests is completely voluntary and you therefore have a choice whether or not to disclose this information.  The requested information typically includes email and demographic information (such as zip code or state). 

We use this information to notify contest winners and award prizes as well as to analyze site traffic and user interest in our products. We may also use it to send participants a newsletter or a follow-up email.

We use a third party service provider to conduct these surveys or contests; that company is  prohibited  from using our users’ personally identifiable information for any other purpose. CFO Resources LLC will not share the individual survey information or results with any other parties.
